Number of Valley doctors disciplined by medical board

The Texas Medical Board has leveled disciplinary action against a number of doctors from the Rio Grande Valley during the last quarter of the year. One of the doctors sanctioned was Dr. Raul Ernesto Loaisiga, a Brownsville physician who primarily practices pediatrics.
