I would like to use flat screen tv outdoors in a covered outdoor screen porch, protected from direct moisture (rain) and direct sun light.
What are the tempature and humidity limitations?

Well, direct sun and rain are a definite no-no. Temperature and humidity shouldn't be too much of a problem, unless you live in a rain forest on the equator. Your TV's manual will have more details about operating environment limitations.

The only other problem you might have is that being outside in a porch, it's going to be pretty bright, so it may be difficult to see the screen.
